Yarn Dyeing

Our state-of-the-art yarn dyeing unit, with more than 30 machines and a production capacity of around 10 tonnes a day, is fully-automated.
The yarn dyeing process commences with color development and matching in our in-house lab, using an automated dispensing machine that houses a library of 10,000+ shades. We also have experienced technicians for space dyeing, a manual dyeing technique, which gives the yarn a unique and multi coloured effect. This is an integrated offering in our process of manufacturing fabric, but we also provide this service independently on request, for both manmade and natural yarns. Further, we only use Oeko-tex certified dyes. You could reach out to us for naturally dyed fabrics.

Warping

This is a preparatory stage for weaving wherein the entire warp yarn is wrapped around the warping beam to facilitate the weaving process. The mark of a good quality of weaving can be gauged through its quality of warping. Our team of skilled laborers with more than 25 years of experience, expedite the next steps of our manufacturing process, thus ensuring best performance in weaving.

Weaving

This is the most integral stage of the entire process of manufacturing a fabric. Our strength lies in our highly skilled weavers who have mastered the art of linen weaving. We have 200+ advanced European looms with more than 8 weft feeders yielding high quality fabric. From 48” upto 132” width, our woven fabrics can cater to all the segments of textiles. We can also construct fabrics using different weave styles such as, Dobby, Twill, Basket, Herringbone etc., to give each fabric a unique look and characteristic.

Mending

Once the fabric is woven, it is checked for defects, following which it is carefully mended at this stage. We use a very traditional, yet highly skillful art of mending, to manually correct the fabric and proceed it further for the next steps.

Processing and Finishing

In the next stage, the griegh fabric is headed for washing, solid dyeing (if required) and final finishing. The fabric undergoes 8 steps in this process, including varied treatments like airo-finish, calendering, shinzing and many more, as per our clients’ needs. For total quality assurance, each lot is tested on multiple parameters, such as, color fastness, rubbing, dimensional stability, tear strength etc.

Final Inspection and Packaging

We conduct quality checks after each process in the chain, and do our final round of rigid inspection adhering to the American Four Point System. All the packing material is Oeko-tex certified. It is imperative that the fabric meets all the internal and external textile standards before advancing for final dispatch.
